Here's Our Story...
February  - April 2004...

We started out with just 20 acres
of desert and a dream.  Now
look!!!
Ken worked hard getting the Ranch cleared for safe
riding conditions
For safety & security,
we use Electrobraid
Fencing
May 2004...
The permits were issued and the materials were
delivered.
It's Barn Raising Time!!!
First day of barn
construction
The footings were dug and
the materials laid out
Things moved along quickly once the
walls were standing
The Results...
Well ventilated, open stalls lead out to 12' x
24' paddocks.  Stud wire panels separate
each stall.  On those triple-digit summer days,
misters keep horses cool and comfortable.
We keep Ken busy unloading hay
and building shaders in the pastures!
Two Tack Houses have individual
lockers for Boarder's tack and
personal items.
After unloading the materials for the arena fencing, Ken
got busy with the tractor and auger.  The final result is a
128' x 248' Main Arena.  The arena allows for lessons
and recreational riding to run simultaneously.

In 2007, we added a 6 stall Shedrow
barn adjacent to the Main Barn.  Each
stall is 12' x 24' and has a 12' x 12'
cover for shade and walls for wind block.
Also in 2007, we broke ground for our Covered
Arena.
Take a look at the progress from beginning to end.
It was completed in January 2008!  It measures 70' x
120' with south and west walls for wind blocks.
